Our pricing model aims to make our services affordable without compromising the quality of care.

VIP Program

As a regular and ongoing customer with recurring weekly outings you may be eligible our VIP Program. You can receive the benefit of post-pay account, priority bookings on holiday care, free dog daycare with grooming appointments, free delivery of pet food orders, access to periodic specials and significant discounts on your bookings.

VIP (12.5% discount)

If you have at least one regular outing per week on an ongoing basis (>1month), you qualify for a 12.5% VIP discount on applicable services.

VIP GOLD (20% discount)

You become a VIP GOLD member if you have four or more regular outings per week on an ongoing basis. (>1month).

General Terms and Conditions

Our terms and conditions are based on a principal of what’s fair and reasonable and at the best interest of the animal. In brief: we’ll care for your pets as if they were our own and you agree that you remain the dog’s owner and are responsible for cost associated with your pets. You agree to pay your account promptly or $22.50 late fee may apply.

Cancellations Policy

Woofers prefers to keep the cost of all services as low as possible therefore there is no charge to cancel your Playgroups or Home Visits if we have at least one work day’s notice. Full fee applies for cancellations with less than one days notice.

If a Sleepover is canceled after it is confirmed there may be a booking fee or loss of deposit. See dogminding.com.au for full details.
