Woofers began trading in 2005 with one station wagon and a (not so lonely) dog walker. Since then we’ve grown with an intention to never loose sight of what we love to do; personalised pet care by professional people.

VIP Program
As a regular and ongoing customer with recurring weekly outings you may be eligible our VIP Program. You can receive the benefit of post-pay account, priority bookings on holiday care, free dog daycare with grooming appointments, free delivery of pet food orders, access to periodic specials and significant discounts on your bookings.
Our pricing model aims to make our services affordable without compromising the quality of care. Regular and ongoing outings that recur monthly may be eligible for VIP discounts. VIP (10% discount): If you have at least one regular outing per week, you qualify for our *VIP discount on applicable services. You must have at least one weekly recurring service. VIP GOLD (15% discount). You become a VIP GOLD member if you have four or more regular outings per week. VIP clients also get priority bookings on holiday care, free dog daycare with grooming appointments, free delivery of pet foods and access to periodic specials.

VIP (10% discount)
If you have at least one or more regular weekly booking on an ongoing basis (>1month), you qualify for a 10% VIP discount on applicable services.
VIP GOLD (15% discount)
You become a VIP GOLD member if you have four or more regular bookings per week on an ongoing basis. (>1month) and qualify for a 15% VIP discount on applicable services.
General Terms and Conditions
By enlisting our help and using our services, you agree to our terms of service. In brief:
Pet Ownership and Responsibility: You are the owner of your dog(s) and responsible for all costs associated with their care.
Payment: Please pay your bill on time to avoid late fees.
Public holidays: surcharges apply to some services.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a Playgroup or Home Visit, please give us at least one workday’s notice to avoid any charges. The full fee will apply if you cancel at the last minute (less than one workday’s notice). For changes to Sleepover bookings, please check the cancellation policy on dogminding.com.au.

Cancellations Policy
Woofers prefers to keep the cost of all services as low as possible therefore there is no charge to cancel your Playgroups or Home Visits if we have at least one work day’s notice. Full fee applies for cancellations with less than one days notice.
If a Sleepover is canceled after it is confirmed there may be a booking fee or loss of deposit. See dogminding.com.au for full details.
