Woofers World (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides dog walking, playgroups, park parties, puppy visits, grooming, daycare, home visits, kitty care and sleepovers from 659 North Road, Ormond VIC 3204 and 12 Nellbern Road, Moorabbin VIC 3189. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we look after it. • To care for your pet safely, including contacting you or your vet in an emergency

Photos of your pet

We may share photos or videos of your pet with you during a service. We will only use them on our website or social media with your consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to deliver our services, with:

• Our team members who care for your pet
• Your nominated vet, or an emergency vet if your pet needs urgent care
• Service providers we use to run the business, including booking, client management, payment, email and website hosting providers
• Government or law enforcement agencies where the law requires it

Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and Google Tag Manager with Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This data does not identify you personally. Pages that show embedded YouTube or Vimeo videos may set cookies from those services. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Keeping your information safe

We store personal information in secure systems with restricted access. Home access details are only shared with the team member assigned to your service. We keep information only as long as we need it for your bookings, our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete or de-identify it.
